With 28 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry, over 22 of which have been as a business owner, Marnie has done it all. From setting up agencies and growing a rent roll organically, to purchasing existing agencies along with two independent rent rolls; establishing and operating two offices at once and training and leading a large team of staff, always as the sole selling Principal and Director, her accomplishments are impressive.
Throughout her career, the biggest passion for Marnie, besides selling beautiful properties, was in mentoring others to success, sharing her knowledge and allowing them to achieve their own goals. She has always had a huge focus on office culture and team bonding, which brought about longevity and a high degree of staff retention in her businesses.
Having had franchise offices with LJ Hooker, Bevans and two McGrath offices in previous years, she has now established a business based around growth, performance and recruitment for the industry she has spent her life experiencing.
Marnie specialises in recruitment, group and individual sales coaching with role play and interactive training programs, success in leadership and business planning, accountability procedures as well as real estate sales.
Marnie is also an Independent Advisor to Care360, helping the elderly transition into Aged Care.
Since selling her offices, she has also spent time in franchising, allowing her to hone her skills and additionally learn more about on-boarding offices and staff, team building workshops, franchise performance, rent roll growth and structure.
