Senior Property Manager – Be a team leader

We are looking for a Senior Property Manager wanting to make a career move and become a leader in my clients Property Management Department.

You will be provided:

• A dedicated Leasing & New Business Manager
• A dedicated Property Management Assistant to undertake Ingoings, Routines & Outgoing inspections (where required)
• Mobile Phone
• Ongoing training and mentorship from some of the very best in the industry

Some of the key pillars of responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Managing existing landlord and tenants in the portfolio
• Lease renewals and maximising Investment Property Potential
• Facilitate repairs & maintenance
• Induct new tenants and landlords into our Property Management practices
• Ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
• Implement business and process improvements

The background:
Driven by a passionate Director who is focused on Sales and PM, our company requires an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage the portfolio to allow the Director more time to work on the business.

We specialise in providing Property Management services but are also the market leaders in selling properties in the area.”
